IMPORTANT NOTES!
1). If you plan on serving food at the show, please download a Catering Authorization Form and remit to Lindsey Fears via fax at (206) 694-5398. You must have authorization before serving samples will be permitted.
2). If you plan on having a tent in your booth, please notify B&E immediately so necessary booth assignments may be made.
3). If you plan on designing your backdrop higher than 8' tall, you must have permission from B&E to do so. Please email us at info@banquetevent.com with your design plans.
4). You are responsible for knowing the Washington State Convention & Trade Center Fire Guidelines. Please download guideline here.
